Deboning D-150

Equipment developed for separating meat from carcasses using the CMS method - Mechanically Separated Meat. Designed to process different types of fish, such as: catfish, piauçu, painted, sardines, salmon, tambaqui, tambacu, tambatinga, tilapia, among others. PU strap with Kevlar weave without seams 1300 x 200 x 10 mm with sealed edges. The PU belt transports the product to the perforated drum, evenly squeezing the fish meat through the perforation of the drum. Drilled drum with a standard hole in the diameter of 3.5 mm (however on request we can manufacture drums with the following dimensions 1.5 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 mm other measures on request). The crude product and the diameter of the drum orifice determine the texture and volume of the final product. Base in 40 x 40 and 40 x 20 mm square tube, folded plates 1,2 - 1,5 and 5 mm. Movement of the internal structure through pulleys and belt. Top tray to accommodate the fish to be processed. Pulp accumulation tray at the outlet spout. Special handwheels to control belt tension and pressure in the extraction of meat between the bones. 04 casters for easy movement. Panel with general electronic buttons, emergency.
