Fish Glacier, developed for the glaciation of fish, bathing can be done in fillet cuts, slices and whole fish. This bath forms a thin protective film of ice, the purpose of improving the visual aspect and also prevents the fish from suffering dehydration and losing its freshness characteristics. Base in 40 x 40 mm square tube, folded plates 1.2 - 1.5 mm. The equipment consists of a glacier tank with an ice compartment. Equipment structure in AISI 304 stainless steel.
