Fish Cutter Washer Cylinder, developed to wash the cuts against fish fillet and neck (Tilápia). Designed in the shape of a drum, round holes and a central hollow shaft with internal water flow. Base, folded sheet trough 1.2 - 1.5 - 3 mm, and 20 x 20 mm square tube. Feeder and two exit chutes, one for the debris, and the other for the cuts already washed. 1/2 register for water inlet control, water outlet with 40 mm tube. Panel with general electronic push buttons, emergency, drum operation with rotation control by potentiometer, and 15 kg processing cycle with time already programmed of 4 or 6 minutes. The three-phase gearmotor drive with electric start key. The gearmotor is from SEW. Machine structure in AISI 304 stainless steel.
